INTERNATIONAL
International orders are sent via registered express post for a flat rate of AU$29.00, sent from our Melbourne Head Office. Orders can be shipped to a residential or commercial postal address only (we are unable to ship to a PO Box). Please email info@backbeachrd.com.au to place your order.

We allow a 14-day return period (with tags attached) from receipt of your order to be eligible for a store credit note only, valid for 12 months from date of issue – where we are not contacted within 10 days of your items being delivered to your designated address we are unable to provide exchange of items for credit.
If you are located outside of Australia return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.
