    AUSTRALIA

    Standard delivery: 3-5 working days AU$10.00 (FREE for orders over AU$100.00)

    Express delivery: 1-2 working days AU$20.00

    NEW ZEALAND
    Standard delivery: 5-8 working days AU$20.00

    Express delivery: 1-3 working days AU$30.00

    INTERNATIONAL
    International orders are sent via registered express post for a flat rate of AU$30.00, sent from our Melbourne Head Office. Orders can be shipped to a residential or commercial postal address only (we are unable to ship to a PO Box). Please email info@backbeachrd.com.au to place your order. 

    Please note shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may differ. 

    We allow a 14-day return period (with tags attached) from receipt of your order to be eligible for a store credit note only, valid for 12 months from date of issue – where we are not contacted within 10 days of your items being delivered to your designated address we are unable to provide exchange of items for credit.

    If you are located outside of Australia return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item.

    EXCHANGES/ RETURNS 

    Please email info@backbeachrd.com.au informing us of your need to return an item (too small, too big etc) and post your product to the following address:

    The item will need to be shipped at your expense or returned to the above address in person within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
    All sale/ promotional discount items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged and are not eligible for a store credit note. 
    Postage fees will be invoiced to the customer for all returns/ exchanges. 
    Should the exchange item be in a different category (ie Boys to Teens or Teens to Mens) the customer will be invoiced for the difference in price.
