That's right it's September 1st so the old saying "Pinch and a punch for the first day of the month" was all happening in our car on the way to school this morning!
But September 1 also means Father's Day and my kids were excited to share what they are making for Dad today at school.
Back Beach Rd wants to wish all the dads out there a Happy Father's Day for this Sunday. We also want to thank the blokes who have supported our label.
We've had such amazing feedback about just how comfy our shorts are.
Our unique in-built inner lining, designed to prevent chafe has been a game changer for so many men. Our shorts are truly multipurpose, for activities in and out of the water. They are more than just a board short. For many, they are the 'go to' pair of running shorts.
One of my fave messages was from a husband/ wife:
"OMG these are amazing, especially since he runs at 11pm! No one will run over me in these, he says!"
If the shorter short hasn't been your cup of tea, we're excited to announce we will be producing a longer version soon, with the same great inner lining of course!

A special note on my dad to end today's Blog. I love my Dad so much. I'm so proud of him and how he's handled all the many battles he's had in his life. At 81 years old, he is an inspiration to me. My dad maintains a positive outlook, is enthusiastic about life, practices gratitude, has integrity, empathy, kindness and stands up for what he believes in. You will forever be a role model to me.
